Shipping policy
Delivery
All items which are in stock at the time the order is placed, will be processed within a standard time scale of 1 day up to 4 working days depending on how busy we are eg. Christmas, new product releases etc.
Please allow an extra working day for any deliveries made over the bank holidays as the postal services may not be open.
Additionally we do not ship or work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday!

Postage is €6.99 for all tracked Irish orders,
International shipping depends on weight and location.
My delivery did not arrive?
Unfortunately, MPL cannot be held responsible for any postal/courier delays or lost in transit packages that aren’t tracked, as this is out of our control. However, if there is any problems such as your products have not arrived within the given timescale, then please do send us an email at; mplequestrian@yahoo.com. We do our best for our customers and will accommodate you accordingly!
Irish(domestic) Shipping
Delivery time: 1-7 business days, tracking provided, the service is mostly always delivered within 1-3 days but delays can occur depending on weather conditions, location, holidays etc!
International Shipping
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Cost: based on location and weight of the items and is all calculated at checkout.
Tracking services or standard untracked services are both available.
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
My parcel was damaged upon delivery?
Please contact us at; mplequestrian@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Please attach photographs to show exactly how it was delivered.
Lost Shipments
If you suspect your order is lost, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the item.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by issuing a replacement or processing a refund.
